Global technology company Glassbox, formerly known as Clarisite, has unveiled its new brand identity.
Developed in collaboration with creative communications agency AB…, the rebranding exercise is supported by a fresh website and marketing collateral and a global digital marketing strategy that targets senior digital, marketing, IT and Governance professionals.
Glassbox is a digital customer experience solution that allows brands to record and analyse their customer journeys to help optimise conversions and improve user experience. The technology aims to add transparency to digital channels through behavioural analytics, customer support optimisation and digital risk management and compliance. The company has offices in London, New York, Tel Aviv and Sao Paulo, working with global businesses including Axa, Visa and top tier banks.
AB… worked closely with the Glassbox team to understand their business model, specifically their customer demographics and buyer process. Glassbox’s CRM data was utilised to help create a targeted advertising campaign that uses personalised messaging, demographic and location targeting, as well as ensuring engagement across the website, social media and advertising campaigns is clearly tracked to determine ROI.
