Climate Week is Britain’s biggest climate change campaign, inspiring a new wave of action to create a sustainable future.
For the 2012 campaign, Climate Week Cuisine will be a major new element to the national occasion. Tesco asked us to set up a series of film shoots with personalities including the larger than life Reggae Reggae sauce founder Levis Roots. We spent the day with Levi at a studio in North London where he prepared a selection of dishes all with a low carbon footprint – Yes, we wondered what that meant too! It’s all about considering where your food comes from, using local ingredients with fewer food miles and making delicious recipes with leftovers.
Levi’s Veggie Chow Mein with Reggae Raggae sauce will knock your socks off!
