Head of Strategy
Jo has over twenty years of experience, beginning client side in Marketing with Unilever and working as a Strategist in advertising, communications and media agencies in London. Most latterly, she’s focused on Brand and Communications consulting. Jo has worked across many different sectors, on established global brands such as Unilever, J&J, Kellogg’s and Nissan, but also start-ups and NPD such as Powerade for Coca-Cola. When not working, she is either buried in a book, out on Dartmoor with her dogs, or riding her Irish Sports Horse, Tooreeney Rose.
Millicent has several years’ experience in Graphic Design. She began her journey by gaining valuable experience working as an in-house designer. Subsequently, she gravitated towards agency life to channel her passion for turning her ideas into reality through a wide variety of clients. When she’s not at work, you can find Millicent creating digital art and illustrations.
Marcus is a Creative Director with over 15 years London experience. Client experiences includes BBC, Timberland and Coca Cola. Marcus is a member of the Typographic Circle and D&Ad. A passion for playing cricket, exploring the Devon coastline and collecting 1950s cigarette adverts.
With a Certificate in Professional Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and over 6 years of experience in retail and leisure, G is passionate about developing creative campaigns with her clients. A lover of all things plant-y, G can be found gardening, looking after houseplants or playing for a social netball team in Exeter.
Senior Account Manager
Hayley is a Senior Account Manager with experience across a complete range of clients and projects, from global campaigns to local awareness pieces she enjoys it all. Outside of work Hayley can be found exploring her camper or decorating cakes.
Tallulah has extensive project management and events experience, meaning that she’s super organised and client-focused. She has worked with clients from a multitude of sectors, including Estee Lauder (New York), Puma (France) and L’Oreal (UK.) She enjoys her busy workload and loves the diversity of working with clients across different sectors. Outside of work, Tallulah loves spending time with her Golden Retriever puppy, Ziggy, and working her way through her world map of countries to travel too.
Corey joined AB in 2002 and his attention to detail, ability to understand requirements and background in design help him manage web development projects successfully. From brochure sites to complex systems and data migration projects, his approach ensures solutions are well designed, user friendly and perform well. Outside work, Corey spends his time coaching Judo, cycling and walking on the moors with his family and Dotty their dog.
Senior Account Manager
Stephanie has several years of experience within Client Services and has worked with clients predominantly in the food & drink sector including Tefal, Lindt, Davidstow Cheddar, illy Coffee, Jägermeister and Philadelphia. She is passionate about delivering a top-class service every time and has a particular interest in video content and influencer marketing. Outside of work, Stephanie loves spending time at the beach, travelling and getting out on her roller skates.
James (Jimmy) has over 20 years of developing large scale integrated systems. He has a background in large database projects including data migration and consolidating of large datasets. During his time at AB, as well as numerous website projects, he has helped a number of clients move away from multiple disjointed legacy systems by building them new cohesive applications.
Digital Marketing Manager
With a background in events management, and a passion for all things marketing Chloe joins AB with several years experience working in-house delivering multi channel marketing campaigns within the leisure and aviation industries, working with brands such as Flybe and Virgin Atlantic. Chloe loves working on the ever changing digital landscape with particular focus on paid media, social and email. When she’s not travelling abroad, Chloe loves exploring the Devon countryside and spending time with friends and family exploring the food and drink scene in Exeter.
Senior Data Developer
Paul is a Senior Developer with 25 years experience of maintaining and developing software for various blue chip companies in the UK and overseas. He specialises in building user-friendly bespoke CMS systems, data and system migration and building API’s that work with back office systems & legacy software. Outside work, Paul spends his time running, cycling or buried in a good book.
With a background in design and over 20 years of web development experience, Tim’s attention to detail imbues our websites with both form and function. Then, not being one to shy away from all things geeky, he’ll employ those creative and technical skills at home to design board games (if he’s not too busy in the garden that is.)

Head of Digital Marketing
Kim has over 14 years’ experience working both agency side and in-house in London, with clients including Sky and AXA. While in-house with a major publisher, Kim worked with brands such as The Week, Auto Express and Carbuyer. Kim is particularly passionate about SEO. Ensuring websites provide a great experience for both user and search engine is at the heart of everything she does.
We rely on Lisa to keep the Finance Department running smoothly. She brings a wealth of experience to AB from her 30 years in accountancy and industrial financial management. At the weekend, Lisa enjoys gardening and hiking the south west coastal paths.
Passionate about content marketing and social media, Holly is an experienced copywriter with a background in SaaS and recruitment marketing. She enjoys tone of voice development and creating content that resonates with different audiences. When she’s not writing, Holly can usually be found exploring Exeter’s local restaurants and bars, snapping sunrises along the Devon coast and working her way through her endless ‘to be read’ pile of books.
Digital Marketing Manager
Carly has several years of digital marketing experience both agency and client side, working with a mix of brands including the Chartered Financial Analyst Institute, EY, Michelin Tyres and FOX. She is passionate about paid media and is experienced in managing search, social and display PPC campaigns. Outside of work, Carly enjoys paddle boarding, running and cycling.
Polly is a fun and chatty member of AB, working to offer your company the best possible support. As a literature graduate, there is nothing that Polly enjoys more than a good book, but when she isn’t working, Polly spends her time outside on the farm surrounded by her woolly friends.
Ros is an editor and copywriter. Her experience includes managing an award-winning content team at a major UK charity; tone of voice development; interpretation for cultural sites and venues; plus content marketing, design and strategy. Ros enjoys writing about topics and industries in ways that people can relate to. She has written copy to inspire people about garden birds, maths apps, orchestras and refugees, among other topics!
Andy gained agency experience working in London before returning to his Devon roots to join AB. From print to web his work is sensitive and sophisticated including work across a wide variety of sectors from the arts to engineering, fish to pharma for clients including BBC, LSO and Ocean Fish. Outside work Andy enjoys spending time on the water surfing, kayaking & stand-up paddle boarding when DIY allows.
Ed’s focus is on strategy and management and he has been responsible for the development of numerous innovative client projects across brand, digital, advertising and film. He inspires confidence and believes that planning and knowledge are critical to producing effective communications. He has over 20 years of client-side and consulting experience in the UK and internationally having worked at Tequila London and Telewest Broadband (now Virgin Media).
