CLIENT SERVICES DIRECTOR

We are looking for a candidate with a seriously successful agency account development history.

With the experience of developing and managing B2B corporate clients, preferably in pharmaceutical sector, with financial work a close second. To work in harmony with the current owner-managing team of Directors, and unlock new business across our portfolio of skills.

Overview of what the role involves:

  • Supporting the current equity Directors in running a happy, successful and profitable business.
  • Maximise all opportunities for income development with new business and some existing client work
  • Growing AB’s turnover

OFFICE MANAGER

The overall responsibility of AB's Office Manager is the smooth running of the main AB building and effective administrative support for the business (up to 30 staff). It is a wide-ranging role involving mostly administrative functions.

The post requires a completer-finisher who is upbeat, resourceful and confident and who also has strong communication skills. The ideal candidate must be able to use initiative to complete more complex work tasks such as support for new business campaigns (across digital, design and film), demonstration of best-value purchasing decisions (for all office-related expenditure) and other varied workflow items.

Key skills and experience

  • A minimum of 2 years office manager experience (ideally within the media sector but not essential)
  • Good communication skills. A friendly, welcoming and positive attitude. A willingness to tackle any task, no matter how large or small
  • Computer literate – Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint)
  • Negotiating skills with suppliers and contractors
  • Events management and organising experience

Key responsibilities

  • Welcoming all external visitors (clients, suppliers and contractors).
  • Opening post, faxing, scanning and general photocopying as required (for partners and all staff in the building).
  • Answering phone and redirecting all internal calls
  • Organising office maintenance and repair work for No 9 and No 8 Richmond Road.
  • Ensure Boardroom and reception area are well presented at all times.
  • Monitoring stationery stock levels and ordering replenishments.
  • Timesheet administration and reporting as required
  • Research and marketing administration
  • Maintaining client databases as required
  • Support to Partners, Directors and New Business staff with all aspects of our new business marketing campaigns and regular client focused update emails
  • Assisting the digital team with preparation of sitemaps and testing of websites
  • Assisting with the organisation and shipping of client related print supplies and marketing materials to strict deadlines
